We all take risks every day of our lives.
Often we don't realise the risks we take.
When we realise we are taking risks, we try to eliminate them.
But eliminating risk can make life difficult.
One of the riskiest things we do is to travel by car.
It's even risky to stay at home.
So if we are to acheive anything we must take some risks.
It's the same in business
Companies select strategies, often unaware of the risks.
Organisations see risk as a threat -
as something to be eliminated.
But without risk there is little or no opportunity.
