VEDENS Vehicles
Vehicles are selected at random from a user-defined distribution. Each
vehicle is assigned a physical length, gross weight, horsepower rating, braking
deceleration and a theoretical maximum speed. The physical length of each vehicle
together with its speed and position are indicated on the visual display. Each
vehicle is assigned a driver, with characteristics which are selected in a manner
similar to the selection of the vehicles.
